Rental Fee
The rental fee includes exclusive and unshared use of entire facility for the agreed upon time slot. Rates vary depending on day & time of the week. It also includes tables and chairs for up to 250 guests, 20 highboys, 5 farm tables, and security for night time events.
Capacity
The Carlyle has over 11,000 sq. ft. of event space and can host events up to 500 guests. Capacity and flow depend on scope and desired set up of event.
Exclusive Vendors
Parking: The Carlyle has limited onsite parking. We have 55 onsite spots and work with an exclusive valet company for all additional parking needs.
Audio/Visual: The Carlyle does not have in-house AV.
