  • Venue capacity is 550. The Carlyle can host meetings and events from 50 to 500 guests, depending on scope and flow of event.

    The Carlyle is comprised of three separate spaces: Pre-Function, West Ballroom and East Ballroom, along with multiple VIP/Green Room suites. Capacities vary for each room. Download our Corporate Information Guide for more details.

  • The Carlyle has a basic inventory of AV equipment that includes one 75" TV monitor, two wireless handheld microphones, and two speakers. For meetings and events with larger AV needs, we work with wonderful AV partners.

    Curate a custom menu for your event with our in-house catering services by Carlyle’s. From gourmet snack displays, hearty breakfast buffets, delicious lunches, or elegant seated dinners, clients have the freedom to tailor food and beverage packages to align exactly with their event needs.     The Carlyle also works with four other Preferred Caterers: Added Touch, Affairs to Remember, Bold, and Dennis Dean.

    The Carlyle handles all beverage in-house, both non-alcoholic and alcohol.

  • The Carlyle has limited on-site parking with 55 on-site parking spots. There are options to add-on more parking spaces through contracting Valet and adjacent parking lots.
