The Carlyle offers many amenities that go beyond the status-quo, including tables and chairs for up to 270 guests, a built-in bar, antique soft seating vignettes, and well-appointed bridal and groom suites.

Bar + Beverage

At The Carlyle, we take immense pride in our exceptional in-house bar program, which offers clients an extensive range of quality spirits, beers, and wine options to choose from. Catering
Our in-house caterer, Carlyle’s, led by the very team that opened the venue, ensures a seamless and unforgettable dining experience for couples and their guests. From buffet, chef-attended stations, or plated dinner, Carlyle’s offers a variety of catering styles to suit the celebration. Their elevated yet approachable menus promise delicious dishes that impress. Count on a smooth planning process, all under one roof, when using in-house catering. View Carlyle’s Event Menu below. Additional information
Rental fee & Capacity
The rental fee includes exclusive and unshared use of entire facility for the agreed upon timeframe. Rates vary depending on day & time of the week. The Carlyle has over 11,000 sq. ft. of event space and can host events up to 500 guests. Capacity and flow depend on scope and desired set up of event.
Base rental includes part of cocktail hour and reception. For couples wanting to host both their ceremony and reception, we recommend adding on our Ceremony Package, which offers a (1) additional event hour, (1) ceremony rehearsal hour (pending venue availability), and (3) vendor load-in hours. AUDIO/VISUAL
The Carlyle has a basic in-house AV package available for rental. It includes two wireless mics, two speakers, and one 85” TV monitor.
For larger AV needs, we work with Active Production & Design and Sifi Entertainment.
parking
The Carlyle has 55 onsite parking spots. For all additional parking needs, we work with an exclusive valet company.
VENDOR Information
We are happy to provide vendor recommendations for any of the following: flowers, décor, draping, wedding coordinators & planners, specialty linens, band, DJ, and stage.
Exclusive Bar: The Carlyle is the exclusive holder of a liquor license, therefore all beverage, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, must be provided through the venue. View our beverage packages here.
Exclusive Valet: We have 55 onsite parking spots and work with an exclusive valet company for all additional parking needs.
Preferred Caterers: We have 5 Preferred Caterers, including in-house Carlyle’s, Added Touch, Affairs To Remember, Bold, and Dennis Dean. Any outside catering vendor is subject to an outside catering fee.

It has become a popular spot for capturing wedding portraits, enjoying a delightful cocktail hour, or engaging in fun and lively games with friends and family!

Bridal Suite
The bridal suite is the perfect blend of elegance and comfort, featuring two spacious rooms designed for the bride and her party to relax and get ready in style. With its stunning floor-length mirrors, cozy furnishings, and private Jack and Jill restroom, the suite creates a serene sanctuary where every need is thoughtfully met.

Grooms Room
The Grooms Room provides the perfect backdrop for pre-wedding preparations for the Groom and his party. Equipped with all the essential amenities, including a large mirror, comfortable seating, and iced cold beverages, it ensures a relaxed experience where moments of camaraderie and excitement unfold before the big event.
